Arcwood's Arcane Arrow

You create a spectral bow and fire a beam of bright arcane light from it. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. The attack has disadvantage if the target is further than 120 ft. away. You may use a bonus action in addition to your action to cast this spell. If you do, the attack roll has advantage. You can use this bonus action only if you haven’t moved during this turn, and after you use the bonus action, your speed is 0 until the end of the current turn. On a hit, the target takes 8d8 force damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
