You hurl or fire from a crossbow a hardened orb of magic infused water at a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 bludgeoning damage. A burning object hit by this spell extinguishes if it isn't being worn or carried.

If launched from a crossbow, balloon can travel Range 60/120 and INT save is required by target and on a failed save the target is driven back 10 feet.

This spell's damage increases by 1d10 when you reach 5th level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), and 17th level (4d10).
