Activate Hedron

When cast at the location required it triggers a sequential activation of a functional Hedron. The spell draws power form the ley lines at its location and powers the Hedron for in excess of 1000yrs. The Hedron phases out slightly and is very difficult to target from the moment it is activated. Effectively it applies disadvantage to all attack rolls aimed at it, and it gains advantage on all saving throws that it is required to make. The device is out of phase and shimmers slightly when viewed using magical means. It is immune to non-magical effects and this includes environment effects such as high winds, forest fire or similar.
