Adula's Moonblade

With one horizontal slashing motion, you conjure a magic great-sword and attack. When the sword appears, you make a melee spell attack against a target of your choice within 10ft. On a hit, the target takes 3d10 slashing damage. This ability does an additional 1d4 cold damage if used on a target within 5ft.

At Higher levels: At higher levels, the length/range of the conjured blade increases. At level 5 the range increases by 10ft. At level 11 the range increases by another 10ft. At level 17 the range increases by another 10ft and the cold damage effect range is increased to 20ft.
