You can attempt to cause the blood within a person's veins to become manipulated to one's will via a touch of their blood, causing creatures of your choice that you can see within range and that can hear the sonorous commands to the blood to make a Wisdom saving throw. Any creature that can't be charmed succeeds on this saving throw automatically, and if you or your companions have fought and injured or wounded a creature will have disadvantage on the save. On a failed save, the target has disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks made to perceive any creature other than you until the spell ends or until the target can no longer hear you and can be compelled to take an action even attacking an allied creature. The target also takes 1d8 of necrotic damage on a failed save. The spell ends if you are incapacitated, can no longer speak, or lose concentration.
