Blood Control

Spiritual energy allows the user to manipulate the blood flowing through the veins and arteries of the target. The caster manipulates the blood within the creature to cause the blood cells to burst and create internal hemotoxicity. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d12 necrotic damage.

The spell can target additional creatures when you reach higher levels: two targets at 5th level, four targets targets at 11th level, and six targets at 17th level. You can influence the circulatory system multiple times for the same target or for different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each target or attempt at creating hemotoxicity.
