Balti Nardahn never had a way with words, but who needs them? You create a floating, spectral brain within range that lasts for the duration or until you lose concentration. When a creature moves into a space 5ft of the brain for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it is invaded by psychic power and must make an Intelligence saving throw or be controlled. Once failed they do not remake the saving throw at the end of their turns. All affected creatures' Intelligence scores summed must not exceed 33.
A controlled creature still has will and awareness, but no command over its body: When a controlled creature's turn starts, you may choose from its available basic physical actions, if the target is a spellcaster you may cast cantrips it knows. A controlled creature will not harm itself unless it fails the saving throw again, they also remake the saving throw if they take damage from another source.
As a bonus action, you can move the brain up to 20ft (fly speed), it is impervious to attacks but will be dispelled if it enters an antimagic zone. Moving the brain does not trigger reactions nor do creatures under the spell's influence react to it.
