You invoke righteous chains that wrap around a target creature within range, if target is unwilling they must succeed a wisdom saving throw or be wrapped by the chains. The chains carry a small ideal of right-and-wrong from the caster and labels every creature within its own 60ft range as either Ally or Hostile, if target was not present for this decision then they are unaffected by any further effect.
Once a target with these chains are struck by any attack, other than cold damage, the chains release their energy. This can also be done by the caster dispelling the conjuration as a bonus action. If the chains are struck by cold damage they are temporarily nullified until the end of the casters next turn, if this is done twice in a row the chains disappear with no effect.
Any Hostile creature within a 5ft radius must make a Dexterity saving throw and take half damage on success. Target and surrounding creatures take 3D6 fire damage.
Any Ally creature within a 5ft radius, including original target, gains 3D6 healing.
Any chains conjured are dispelled with no effect at the end of a long rest.
