When casted this spell causes three different effects on the target.

1. The target becomes exhausted for 7 turns
2. Place a burning effect on the target that deal 5d12 fire damage for 5 turns
3. Summons magical chains that grapple the target for 3 turn

The target can choose to roll a d20 for two of these effects separately and if they succeed in a DC17 constitution roll which will

1. Makes the target exhausted for only 4 turns
2. Make the fire damage only 3d12 fire damage
3. Reduces the grapple to 2 turns
