You can choose to blind or silence a foe. Choose one creature that you can see within range to make a constitution saving through. If it fails the target is blinded or silenced for the duration as you cause flames to burst from the targets eyes or mouth. The target takes 4d10 fire at the end of each of the targets turns. the target can make a constitution saving throw on a success the spell ends. Until the spell ends you can use a bonus action on each of your subsequent turns to cause this damage again. If concentration remains for a full minute the targets eyes or tongue is burnt out
