Aniahs' Bombastic Bitch-Slap

You point at a creature you can see within range and speak a cutting phrase.  A large, shimmering spectral hand that is an enlarged copy of Aniahs' hand appearing in front of the target.  The hand *****-slaps the target for 3d8 Psychic damage.

If any 2 of the damage dice are the same number, the hand then backhands them for 2d6 additional psychic damage, and they have to make a Wisdom Saving Throw or be unable to take a reaction until the start of their next turn.

At higher levels: 

If the spell is cast at a level of 3 or higher, the initial damage increases by 1d8.
