Babble

You target a creature and it must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a fail the target becomes incapable of speaking clearly and can only vocally produce random strings of noises. This spell also mixes up the creature's attempts at written language, sign language, or non-vocal auditory communication in a likewise fashion. The creature can still control the tone with which they babble. The target creature is incapable of saying the vocal components for spells for this spell's duration. The creature can attempt the saving throw again at the end of each of its turns.
