One of the tricks from Loki, when he was younger he would con beings out of their entire skeleton. This trick was learned by mortals and turned into a more dastardly spell.
When casted on a creature the skeleton forces its way out of the creatures mouth, making a slurp noise, in no way harming them but grotesquely.
If the creature this is casted on is not aware then the skeleton can continue the task the creature was doing, for 1 minute.
When casted on a creature and they fail the save they are to be treated as affected with the prone condition. This cannot be dispelled and can only be fixed with a Greater Restoration, Regenerate or Wish spell. Otherwise you have to track down your skeleton and the creature that this is casted on is always aware of the location of the skeleton. The skeleton is bound to the same plane that the creature is in, and if the creature affected by anything that changes their plane the skeleton will change planes with them. If the skeleton is destroyed then only a greater restoration, regenerate or wish spell can undo this.
(greater restoration works in these conditions on the creature affected by the spell***)
If the creature affected by this can touch their skeleton, it seeps into the creature's mouth and returns to its rightful place.
In extreme circumstances the skeleton can be animated and do tasks. If an animate spell is casted on it it does not require concentration.
If necessary the skeleton has the same hit points as the creature affected but the hit points are not connected. The skeleton is considered its own creature.
*If a creature does not have a skeleton it is immune to the spell, and if the creature is made of only bone it works as a dominate spell.
