Arcane Impact

You charge you weapon with godly power, for 1 minute when you strike a enemy with a weapon attack you set one charge on them up to a max of 5. Every charge deals 1d6 radiant damage to the target. As an action you may detonate all charges and the target must make a constitution saving throw, if the target fails they take full damage and if they succeed they only take half damage   

For every spell level above 2 adds 1 additional charge
