Adarien's Starburst

Adarien's Starburst is a nova burst of multicolored energy that violently detonates, generating an intense explosion with a notable buzzing roar dealing 15d8 points of electricity damage to every creature and unattended objects within the area. Though the explosion creates little pressure, there is a palpable feeling of 'force' due to the ferocity of the evocation.

 To cast the spell, you direct your gaze to a given point or location within your general line of sight and determine the parameters (distance and height), at which the explosion will occur. Afterward, with hand open, you close into a fist; a brilliant multicolored point of light appears momentarily and explodes omnidirectionally outward. As the spell relies on a line of sight, it cannot be cast in a location that cannot be seen via natural perception. For instance, while entirely possible to cast it upon a partially visible location, a location totally concealed is out of the question. Regardless if you can mundanely see the target location and it is within your range, it is possible to cast this spell. 

 Adarien's Starburst sets fire to combustibles and damages objects in its path. It can melt metals with a low melting point, such as lead, gold, copper, silver, or bronze. If the damage is caused to an interposing barrier and it shatters or breaks through it, the Nova burst may continue beyond the barrier if the spell's range permits. Otherwise, it stops at the barrier just as any other spells effect would.
