You compel a creature within range to give an encore of their last turn. When you cast this spell, choose one creature, excluding yourself. That creature must then make a Wisdom saving throw, or repeat the same action they just took, ignoring any need to roll. A creature can choose to fail the saving throw.
If a creature must move, or use a bonus action, so as to repeat the previous action, they will. They will have to spend any additional spell slots.
If a creature would not be able to repeat the previous action, due to lack of resources or distance, the spell is wasted. If a creature has not yet take an action in combat, the spell fails. If the creature cannot be charmed, or cannot hear you, the spell fails.
