Binding Agreement

When a deal is made and Binding Agreement has been cast, all parties involved in the deal become bound by the spell for 1 year. Should the terms of the Binding Agreement be broken the aggrieved party will become aware immediately. In addition, the individual(s) that broke the terms of the agreement instantly becomes charmed by the aggrieved party. Binding Agreement has no range and the effects of the charm can be controlled mentally over any distance within the plane. This charm lasts 1 week but the affected party can make a Charisma saving throw at the beginning of each day to attempt to free themselves of the spell.
