Web Shooter

Pick a point on a solid surface within 30ft of you and you can then move with in 30ft of that point as your action. If you start your turn in the air with this spell you start to fall at the normal rate of falling (around 500ft or clarify with your DM). You can also cast this spell as a reaction as long as you have not cased this spell in this round (This meaning if you cast it as a reaction you are not allowed to cast it on your turn in the same round). 

Also the web that is left over from a swing counts as rough terrain.
