Ashas Wondrous Illusionary Notes

Magical Music notes form around you, as you sing from the Sheet music the notes form into a protective AoE attack that will target any hostile creature. A target that gets within the distance of the spell is targeted with one or more of the notes up to your choice. each Note deals 5d8 Psychic damage and send the target 10ft away on a successful hit, on a miss they are sent 10ft. After the Target is hit with one of the Notes they have to make a Wisdom saving throw; Dc Save is equal to your Spell Save DC and if they fail the saving throw they are charmed by you until it is Dispelled. This spells consternation stays up as long it isn't broken or you run out of music notes. Once this spell ends you can target any hostile creature 50ft away up to your Charisma modifier and deal Psychic damage equal to the total of your Performance Check.

Any damage this spell deals that would make a creature hit zero only makes them unconscious.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
