Contract resurrection

Touch any dead creature or construct and create a “contract” with it you may give the contacted entity your max HP (for example if you give a contracted entity 10 max HP you lose 10 max HP until the entity drops to 0 HP or contract is dispelled by the caster) the contracted entity will obey the caters every order (note: after a contract expires the contracted creature can never enter a contract again)
