Bang

The spell creates a deafening sonic boom. Creatures within range take 5d10 + (75 -- the number of feet they are away from you) thunder damage.

Creatures within 25 feet of you are deafened, and must make a constitution save with disadvantage. On a failure, they are stunned. 

Creatures between 26 and 50 feet away from you must make a constitution save with disadvantage. On a failure, they are deafened. Whether or not they succeed, they must make another constitution save. On a failure, they are stunned.

Creatures between 51 and 75 feet away from you must make a constitution save. On a failure, they are deafened. Whether or not they succeed, they must make another constitution save, this one with advantage. On a failure, they are deafened.

Effects that do not require saving throws are permanent. After one minute, targets can repeat any saving throws they made. On a success, the effect ends. On a failure, the effect becomes permanent.
