Summon a sudden deluge of the liquid chosen onto a point of your choice within the spells range. Any within a radius of 10ft from the targeted point must make a Dexterity Saving throw as the liquid freezes solid, dealing 2d10 cold damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.
On a failed save, targets are considered grappled as the ice freezes up their legs, preventing their movement. They may repeat this Dexterity Saving throw at the end of each of their turns.
The area effected by this spell is considered difficult terrain for the duration of the spell, requiring a DC 12 Dexterity Saving throw against being knocked prone when they attempt to enter of exit the area.
Casting this spell at any level above 1st increases the damage of the spell by 1d10.
