You create a 20-foot- radius, 90-foot-high cylinder centered on a point within range. That cylinder is filled with an upright, helixshaped, revolving spiral staircase. You can choose to be anywhere on the spiral, top, bottom, or somewhere in the middle.
The staircase has a flying speed of 30 feet. As an action, you can move the staircase to the limit of its movement.
Although the staircase cannot pierce solid materials such as walls and floors, it automatically breaches all magical barriers, from Walls of Force to Prismatic Walls. A creature using the staircase can safely pass such barriers without suffering their effects.
In addition, creatures on the staircase can breathe water as though it were air, and are immune to fire, cold, and lightning attacks.
Finally, for the duration you can use your action to will one of the following to occur:
Banishment. You banish an extraplanar creature in contact with the staircase back to its home plane, as though you'd cast the Banishment spell, and the target receives no saving throw.
True Form. You force a creature in contact with the staircase back into its true form, ending any curses, disguises, polymorph effects, and illusions. Lycanthropy is suppressed while you invoke this power
Whirling Eddys. You collapse the staircase into a cylinder of wildly whirling air currents which occupy the same area. These currents instantly extinguish all flames, destroy all air elementals on contact, and inflict 10d6 bludgeoning damage on all other creatures. A creature reduced from its full hit point total to less than half by this effect must make a Constitution saving throw or immediately die
