Anderbrood's Chrono Flux

You create a time flux that surrounds you that can speed up or slow down time. If you choose to speed up time an attack made around you adds +2 to their attack role. If you choose to slow down time an attack made around you will add a -2 to their attack role.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, add a +1/-1 to the attack role made. Every other level raised (starting at 3rd level) the radius of the chrono flux is increased 10 feet.
