Vishra's Death Grasp

Developed by the legendary Realmwalker Mage Vishra the Bloodless, in her arsenal of personalized arcane magic. Extend your arm to your target, creating a spiraling force of dark necrotic energy, withering their flesh as they stuggle in your grasp. Maintainable as Concentration, but is an action to use, and your movement is halved when concentrating on this spell. Once hit, you do not have to roll to do damage with it. When used, target taes 6d6 necrotic damage, increased by 1d6 for each level above 5th.
