as your character summons a fan in their hand with a special hair clip that can only be bought from a special npc in a certain campaign that sells the hairclip.
with the fan you shoot it forward and it attacks the enemy unless the 1d20+(characters strength) is failed. roll a 1d3+1 for each sharp cherry blossom petals damage.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the spell creates one more dart for each slot level above 1st.

lvl 2 - 4 petals
lvl 3 - 5 petals
lvl 4 - no boost
lvl 5 - 6 petals
lvl 6/8 - no boost
lvl 9 - 10 petals
lvl 10 - no boost
lvl 11 - 12 petals
lvl 12 - no boost
lvl 13 - no boost
lvl 14 - 16 petals
lvl 15 - no boost
lvl 16/17 - no boost
lvl 18 - 18 petals
lvl 19 - no boost
lvl 20 - 20 petals (if the 1d20+(characters strength) is above 14 you get 5 extra petals)
for quick time, at lvl 20 or lower you can do (amount of petals) you could do 20-25 (for lvl 20) 20-25d3 and add 20-25 to your total and you have your damage!
