You whisper your greatest fear to yourself, and stomp one foot on the ground, a wave emanates forward 60 ft long and 30ft wide. The wave passes through walls and cover.
The wave appears like a darkness, with images of monsters and nightmares weaving through it. Anyone caught in the wave must succeed a Wisdom save against your spell DC. If they fail, they are frightened until they are either killed or unconscious. A victim may take an action to investigate the spell to see through it and if they succeed will no longer be frightened.
Additionally, victims that were caught in the area when the spell was cast, for the next 30 seconds (or 5 turns), they will be affected by paranoia, and their senses will misguide them. The victim can still see what's around them, but cannot hear anything from the real world. Instead, they will hear noises of beasts, monsters, and their deepest fears. For the duration of this spell, the caster has advantage on attack rolls against anyone affected, and victims have disadvantage on saves against the caster.
