Burning Frost

You conjure three spears of burning ice which float about your person for the duration. As a bonus action on your turn, you may attack with one spear against a target creature within 60 feet. When you do so, make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 3d6 cold damage or fire damage: whichever is more effective against the target. Hit or miss, the spear is expended. When all spears are expended, the spell ends.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you can create one additional spear for each level of the slot above 4th.
