You and up to ten willing creatures that you can see, are within range, and are standing on a paved road become magically bound to the road for the duration, appearing as shafts of sunlight. While in this incorporeal form, a creature has a walking speed of 300 feet and has resistance to damage from nonmagical weapons. The only actions a creature can take in this form are the Dash action. Creatures can only move along the paved road, and only in one direction; when they reach a crossroads or the pavement comes to an end, they return to corporeal form. If they step from the crossroads onto another section of paved road, they transform again and begin moving in that direction. If the creature steps off the pavement, or otherwise loses contact with the road, the spell ends for them.
While dashing, a creature can travel a mile in approximately one minute.
