Enemy’s can be picked up and thrown, when enemy’s are picked up they are grappled. If an enemy is thrown, they have to take a constitution saving thrown on a fail they are knocked prone and take 1d4 bludgeoning damage. The hand has 5 hit points and lasts 3 rounds before disappearing or until dispelled. The hand can also only yeet up to 250 pounds
