Targets must make a Constitution Saving throw or take 2D12 necrotic damage and 1D6 psychic damage. If they fail, they are also slowed by 50 percent until your next turn and are deaf as the spectre invades their mind with terrifying wailing. A successful save means they take half that damage and only the necrotic type while shaking of the other effects.
Spectral Fury: Roll a D3 each time it is cast. The result is the number of spectres released each time amd can target multiple targets or the same target.
