Bingus' Ball of Beratement

A spiritual cat spirit materializes at your side. Soon after the cat spirit lets loose a spiritual hairball filled with your negative energy at your enemies, on contact the hairball explodes, releasing your negativity.

Targets within range must make a Wisdom saving throw or take 6d6 psychic damage on a failed save, and have disadvantage on the next attack made before the end of their next turn. On a successful save, the damage is halved.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
