You target 1 creature who has been put under the effect of a curse, magical transformation, horrible illness, or a cursed death that must be cured using Greater Restoration or similar magic (even Wish to the DM’s discretion). This restores the creature to their original form and relives them of any curses they may be afflicted by in exchange for your life energies being intermixed. The caster and target both fall under the following effects.
• You both lose half of your hit dice and gain half of the other’s original hit dice
• You both know where each other are as long as you are on the same plane of existence
• You can communicate telepathically as long as you are within 60 feet of each other
• If you both are spell casters you may prepare one spell of first level from the other’s spell list
• When one is targeted by a spell that requires a Con, Int, Wis, or Cha save, the other must make the save or fall under the same effects of the spell
• When one is effected by damage of any kind the other takes the same damage halved
• The target of the spell is covered by patches of thin mushrooms and fungi, who feed off the target’s soul
If the original caster dies, either enter another plane of existence, or the two are more than a mile apart for more than a minute, the target of the spell will lose the spell’s effects and is no longer able to be effected by another casting of the spell. Only one person can be under the effect of this spell at a time. If the target of the spell dies while under the effect of this spell they are unable to be revived with a spell like Revivify or resurrected by a spell like Animate Dead. Only a Wish spell can restore the target, unless this spell was used as a substitute for Wish in which case they cannot be revived.
