Wind Speech

You make a gesticulation with your hand to command the wind. A short message may sound from anywhere in range, and you can choose who hears this message. This spell can be used to mimic any spell of 1st level with verbal components that you know and have prepared. If you are mute, you can still cast spells, though they take an additional slot of the same level.

At higher levels:

When casting this spell at a level above 1st, you gain the ability to mimic the verbal components of any spell you know and have prepared of the same level or lower. At 6th level, the spell is immune to being observed by scrying.
