Ghast Bolt

You unleash a bolt of shadow resembling a skull towards a target creature that you can see within 60-feet of you. On hit, the target suffers 6d6 necrotic damage and becomes marked by nightmarish shadows for 1 minute. As long the target is marked, whenever it becomes frightened it also becomes stunned for that duration. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
