For the duration, you or a willing creature you choose within 30ft is protected against any harmful weather effects, like cold, rain, snow or heat. Everyone protected does not got exhaustion from weather effects. Exceptions are very strong effects, which causes damage or pushes you around (like a hurrican). If the target creature moves more than 30 ft. away from the caster, the spell ends.

At higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can affect one additional creature for each slot level above 1st. The creatures must be within 30 feet of the caster when you target them.
