As a bonus action you can cast this cantrip at any humanoid creature in your line of sight. If the target fails a con save DC equal to your spell DC, they gain a painful erection lasting 4 hours + 1d4 hours. This painful erection is distracting limiting the target to one action a round.
If the target does not have a penis then they grow one for the duration of the spell.
