Cauterizing Slice

This spell deals 4d8 necrotic damage to one creature within range, or 2d8 on two separate creatures. If the target(s) now have less than three quarters of their hit points, they can't benefit from healing spells or three death save successes for 5 minutes or until someone uses one use of a healer's kit or alchemists' tools.
