Caster focuses their energy and unfolds a circular water domain that suppresses enemies by lowering their movement speed by 10ft. The caster may also conjure a scaled serpent made of water, anywhere in the domain, that does 1d8 + 3 Piecing damage on a successful attack roll to an enemy. Upon attacking the serpent is spent, resulting in a new serpent being automatically generated at the start of their next turn. As a reaction the caster may use 1 available serpent to aid in blocking an attack by reducing an enemies attack role by 1d8
For each level above 1: duration +30 seconds. Conjure 1 additional scaled serpent and reduce enemy movement by an additional 5ft.
All serpents may be controlled using 1 action.
The caster may not move during the duration of the spell. If any damage is sustained the spell stops.
