Astral body

you touch any humanoids back and there astral form/ soul leaves there body. There astral form has a flying speed the same as there walking speed. Also they can't be seen but they can't interact with any object. If they are out of there body for 1 hour/  they start to suffocate and have 30 seconds/ 5 rounds to get back to there body.
