You touch a creature they then make a Wisdom Saving throw against you spell save DC on a fail they are cursed for the duration of this spell. A creature immune to being charmed is not effected by this spell. Creatures that are animal like (up to your DMs discretion) automatically fail the saving throw. At the end of the effected creatures turn it uses its reaction to make a melee attack against a creature friendly towards it if there are no targets in range it takes 3d12 physic damage.
If the spell is cast at higher levels the damage increases by 1d12 for each spell level higher. If it is cast at 6th level or higher at the end of the effected creatures turn it makes a constitution saving throw against your spell save DC on a fail it gains one level of exhaustion.
