Pitch black tentacles of shadow crawl from your hands, mouth, and eyes and expand toward the enemy who delivered the attack and consumes them before dissipating.

The enemy creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d8 force damage.

Starting at the 2nd level, you can cast it on any turn, and the damage increases by 1d8 for every 3 slot levels above 2nd.
