This spell allows the caster to view events up to 100 years ago. To see a specific time and place:
Make an intelligence (history) check to determine if you see the correct time.
1-10. Spell fails
11-20. Spell works but you see events 3d10 years away from what you were seeking
21+. You see the time you were looking for.
Add 10- (number of years away from present /10) to the roll.
If you know the exact day and time you want, add 4.

1-10 spell fails
11-20 spell works but you see a place 2d10 miles away from your target location.
21+ you see the place you are looking for.
Add 5 to the roll if you are in the place you are trying to view.

You can both see and hear events.
