Blazing eyes

The users eyes begin to leak hot sparks erupting into yellow flames with red streaks blazing from the users irritated eyes. The user brings their hands to their eyes to comfort their pain but the energy bursts out, unleashing the scorching fire to leap out in several directions. Creatures within a 10 foot cone of where the user is aiming must make a wisdom save or take 4d10 fire damage, If they succeeded the target takes half that much. The user must make a wisdom save of 10 or be blinded on your next turn and take 1d4 fire damage, if they succeed they take none of the effects.

To increase the level of this spell requires a bonus action, and the DC for the user increases by 1 every level it’s increased and add 2d10 per level increase.
