Arcane Reflection

Arcane reflection is the practice of re-targeting a spell cast upon you. As a reaction, you may change the target of a spell two levels lower than the level Arcane reflection is cast at. You must be the target (or a target) of the spell, and must then roll to hit on your new target, who must be within range (which differs based on the spell).

If the spell is area of effect, you must succeed the saving throw to cast this, and can then choose the new area the spell is based in. 

At higher levels: The spell level that can be reflected is increased, with a 4th level slot reflecting a 2nd level spell, 5th reflecting 3rd etc.
