Choose a spell of 5th level or lower that you can cast, that has a duration of 10 minutes or more, that targets a willing creature or a space or area. You cast that spell--called the permanent spell--as part of casting Absur's Seal of Permanence, expending spell slots for both. However, the permanent spell no longer ends at the end of the duration. Instead, its duration becomes "until dispelled." If the permanent spell targets a creature, they must remain within range of the permanent spell for the entire time it takes to cast Absur's Seal of Permanence. A creature can only be effected by one permanent spell at a time. If there would ever be two permanent spells on a single creature, both spells fail and immediately end without effect.
