“For the Litigious Wizard on the Go”
You bind a magical contract between two or more parties. Each person party to the contract must be informed of the use of this spell, and have prior time to review the contract to which they are signing. Upon their signature being added to the master document, they become bound to the terms of the contract for the duration that is specified within the contract.
Should a party breach a contractual term, each of the other parties involved will receive a mental ping alerting them to the type of breach, who has breached the contract, and the location of the breach. Should the party in breach of the contract be under the effect of a non-detection spell, the type of breach and offending party are identified, but their location is not. Furthermore, a person who is about to breach a contractual term will receive a mental ping warning them of their potential breach before it takes place, if the offending party is under the effect of an enchantment spell of 4 level or lower at the time of this ping, the effects of the enchantment spell are dispelled as if by a dispel magic spell.
If any party to the contract is magically compelled to enter the contract the initial casting will fail.
This spell lasts until the completion of the contract, re-casting this spell with the same parties to nullify the contract, the death of the majority of the parties, or by the casting of a disintegrate spell on the master document. If Disintegrate is cast upon the document, the parties are notified of the nullification, but are not aware of who has caused it. The contract may not be destroyed by means other than Disintegrate.
*A Dispel Magic Spell will not nullify this contract
**If no parties (including an offending party) is aware of a breach, there is no warning that such a breach took place. (i.e. "I will not allow the village to be attacked" would not trigger a breach unless a party actively or through reckless indifference, allowed an attack to occur) by this standard circumstance outside the control of the parties may not be contracted upon
