You implore your deity for aid, and it sends one of its servants to occupy a corpse, animating it to your service.
Choose a freshly-slain corpse within range. The level or CR of the slain creature or character can be no higher than yours. The spirit possesses the corpse and animates it. The spirit within the corpse follows your commands to the best of its ability.
While the corpse is possessed by the spirit, it is treated as if it were still alive, but possessed. It uses the spirit's Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores, saving throws, senses, and
supernatural abilities, if any. It retains the corpse's Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution scores, hit points, and innate abilities the corpse possessed in life, except any spells or spell-like abilities.
The spirit possesses the body for the duration, you dismiss it, or the corpse is reduced to 0 hit points, after which it returns to whence it came with no ill effects.
