You nod at a creature within sight. This simple head movement conjures spectral tentacles from the far realm to harm the target. The target needs to make a wisdom saving throw or have the illusory tentacles constrict around them. If the target fails the saving throw they are grappled and take 1d8 psychic damage every round on initiative count 20. If they succeed, the target is not grappled and the tentacles slither back into the far realm. The target can repeat the saving throw at the star of their turn, ending the effect on themselves on a success.
