This time-manipulating spell informs you what all creatures in the area plan to do on their next turn, allowing you to plan accordingly. For a weapon attack, the creature reveals which weapon it intends to use, and which target it intends to attack; if it intends to use a special power or ability, it reveals that as well. For a spell attack, the target and spell are revealed. If an item will be used, you learn which item. These intentions may not be changed after they are revealed. The spell reveals the presence of invisible creatures and creatures occupying the Astral or Ethereal Planes, for it reveals their intentions, but it doesn't reveal their exact location.
Note: The spell does not work on undead or creatures from another plane of existence.
